The Olympics are coming in 27 days!  Try incorporating these Olympian tips into your daily routine for a healthier lifestyle:

  1. Something is Better Than Nothing: Engage in daily activities that boost your blood flow. Even small efforts count. JUST MOVE Minimum is 15 minutes for every hour you are awake.
  2. Prioritize Sleep: Establish a regular sleep routine to optimize rest and recovery. Quality sleep is crucial for overall well-being.
  3. Mindset Matters: Focus on what you can control. Integrate exercise into your daily schedule to maintain a positive and proactive mindset. Try something NEW every day.
  4. 50 Grams of Protein: Aim for 50 grams of protein EACH DAY, spread across your meals. This includes Nuts and Seeds Almonds, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Lentils, Chickpeas, Beans and Greek yogurt.  Limit your intake of alcohol, sugars and salt to support balanced nutrition.
  5. Stick to a Routine: Adaptable consistency means maintaining regular habits while being flexible to changes. It combines routine with the ability to adjust as needed, ensuring steady progress. Performing small, regular actions can lead to long-term success.
