Keep your mind active. Learn new skills, read regularly, do puzzles, or take up a hobby to maintain cognitive function. Do as much with your non-dominant hand as possible, every day.
Stay physically active. Regular exercise maintains muscle mass, bone density, and cardiovascular health. Aim for a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility work. Just Move

Cultivate a positive attitude. Focus on gratitude, accept changes gracefully, and find joy in everyday moments.
Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit processed foods, sugar. Stay hydrated. Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, Dinner like a Pauper
Protect your skin from sun damage. Use sunscreen daily, wear protective clothing, and avoid tanning beds. Establish a good skincare routine with moisturizer and gentle cleansers.
Prioritize sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours nightly to support physical and mental health. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and create a bedtime routine WITHOUT ELECTRONICS!
Manage stress through meditation, yoga, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques. Chronic stress accelerates aging processes.
Stay socially connected. Maintain relationships with family and friends, and consider volunteering or joining clubs to meet new people. Just Say Yes when invited!
Schedule regular health check-ups and screenings. Early detection and treatment of health issues can prevent complications.
Avoid smoking and limit alcohol consumption to protect your health and appearance.
