Are you aware there are two very good reason the get your flu shot in 2020? CDC estimates that influenza has resulted in between 9 million – 45 million illnesses, between 140,000 – 810,000 hospitalizations and between 12,000 – 61,000 deaths annually over the last 10 years.

Annual flu vaccines have proven, to reduce the risk of flu illness, hospitalization and death. Getting a flu vaccine this fall, in 2020, will be more important than ever. It will reduce your risk from 2020 strain of influenza and any potential side effects that the annual flu brings. 

Are you more susceptible, this year?  The answer is YES. Most of us have been isolated inside our homes. During the last 6 months our immune have relied on us to bleach, antibacterial wipe and wash off daily any potential threats. So, our immune systems have been on vacation.  As we mature, we run into billions and billions of bacteria and viruses, that we touch, eat and breath every day of our lives.
