B is for berries ( any) for added fiber.

R is for a rainbow of colors in fruits and veggies, for each meal.

A is for antioxidants to support the immune system*.

I is for lean proteins for brain focus. *

N is for nuts (unsalted/ raw) a great source of nutrients, small amounts good for snacking.

F is for fermented foods ( sauerkraut, Kimchi) to feed our good gut bacteria.*

O is for extra virgin olive oil ( EVOO) that helps as an anti-inflammatory and supports the immune system. * Check the Label for EVOO

O is Omega-3 fatty acid-enriched foods like Salmon & Tuna ( check the label for mercury)

D is for dairy as gut bacteria support. Probiotic in yogurt.

S is for spices to support brain health. * Tumeric, Garlic, Chilies
