Here are two very good reason the get your flu shot in 2022? CDC estimates that influenza has resulted in between 9 million – 45 million illnesses, between 140,000 – 810,000 annual hospitalizations over the last 10 years. 246,000 died from FLU (not COVID) between September 2021 and March 2022.

Annual flu vaccines have proven, to reduce the risk of flu illness, hospitalization and death. Getting a flu vaccine this fall, will reduce your risk from 2022 strain of influenza and any potential side effects that the annual flu brings. 

Are you more susceptible, this year?  The answer is YES. Most of us have been isolating. Our immune has relied on bleach, antibacterial wipe and washing hands daily. Our immune systems have been on vacation. Our immune system is BUILT FOR BATTLE.  As we mature, we run into billions and billions of bacteria and viruses, that we touch, eat and breath every day of our lives.
